get out of that hole.

salam.
hello.
skg xleh sangat online, so taking the chance here to post.
well, i don't understand why people need to be so negative.
really. kenapa mesti hina diri? i mean, what do you get from that?
or you say that things are unfair. what do you get after you announce that statement? NOTHING. really la. i can understand that we cant just accept something right on, and we need time, but we cant stay in the hole we fell in forever. and we cant expect for someone to pull us out every single time. what makes us so different frm positive people? talent doesn't separate us. nor does knowledge, but our mind set. our will. how we take up the challenges that we face. even i cant be that positive every single time, but kene lah ade a little faith and will, even if we cant potray it outerly. we dont need people to tell us we're good to realise we are, so please. LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST.

emotional pain.

We always think our negative emotions are produced by the fault of other people or by the fault of circumstances...
Our negative emotions are in ourselves and are produced by ourselves...
No negative emotions can be produced by external causes if we do not want it.
We have negative emotions because we permit them,
justify them, explain them by external causes, and in this way we do not struggle with them.
-CHARLES T. TART

accepting ourselves.

There are things about ourselves that we need to get rid of;
there are things we need to change.
But at the same time, we do not need to be too desperate, too ruthless, too combative.
...many of those things will change themselves,
and the others can be worked on as we go.
-BENJAMIN HOFF

making changes.

Change is natural and wholesome, not something to fear and avoid.
By looking carefully at the changes that have happened in our lives,
we can see that the process of change is what brings all good things about.
When we allow ourselves to change, life swiftly carries us past difficult times and into times of joy and vitality.

mitch albom.

hello!
it is i. well anyway,
i'd like to be talking about the author above.
yes, i know. he's a western dude.
but still, hear me out.
i only know him through his writing and words,
so i might be exaggerating here won't i now.
well, if ur a book-in-need-er,
u should check out his books.
they are,
heart-breaking,
tear-dropping,
heart-moving,
experience-thrilling.
senang cerita,
incredible.
from all the books i've read my whole life,
his is the one i learned most from.
his books aren't that thick,
only a hundred page plus plus,
oh and they're really cute in size, lol,
but his words get to you and make you think,
what have you done in life?
he's not a muslim but use his writing as ur self-reference book.
because they are GOOD!
i've only read a few of his books je- and i can't wait to hunt for the rest,
but it really made me think.
made me realise things,
cherish things.
so here are the three books i read from his wonderful work;
tuesdays with morrie,
the five people you meet in heaven,
for one more day.
if you want to know what i mean,
then start with tuesdays with morrie.
it was about the author's life himself.
even my macho bro shed a tear drop when he read the five people you meet in heaven.
but feel la mase bace tu.
haha.
oh, and also read the work of our wonderful author from malaysia,
faisal tehrani.
i'm not loaded with info bout him,
but check out his blog.
oh, or ask my dear pencinta bahasa here. ;)
thank for the time!
